Description: The Pacific Rim Advisory Council shall exist for the following purposes: 1) To promote, foster, and enhance trade relationships by and between this council and, but not limited to, Pacific Rim countries. 2) To promote, foster and enhance cultural and educational relationships by and between this council and, but not limited to, Pacific Rim countries. 3) To provide all city, county, and state agencies the opportunity to utilize this council as a means to communicate with, but not limited to, all Pacific Rim countries. 4) To act as a vehicle of communication between state, county, and local governments and the Asian American Community.
